ওয়ারেন্টি নিয়মাবলী
এজ টেক বিডি থেকে পণ্য কেনার আগে ক্রেতার জন্য নিচের ওয়ারেন্টি নিয়মাবলী পড়ে নেয়া জরুরী। কারণ কোন পণ্য বিক্রির সাথে সাথে ধরে নেয়া হবে যে এই নিয়মাবলীর প্রতিটি শর্ত ক্রেতা মেনে নিচ্ছেন।
পণ্য বিক্রির সময় যে সমস্ত প্রোডাক্টের ওয়ারেন্টি ঘোষণা করা হয় সেগুলো মূলত “ম্যানুফেকচারিং ওয়ারেন্টি”। অর্থাৎ বিক্রিত পণ্যের ওয়ারেন্টির দায়িত্ব নির্মাতা তথা মূল ব্র্যান্ড কোম্পানি বহন করে থাকে। প্রতিটি ব্র্যান্ডের পণ্যের ওয়ারেন্টির শর্তাবলী ভিন্ন ভিন্ন হয়ে থাকে যা নিজ নিজ পন্যের ওয়েবসাইটে পরিষ্কারভাবে উল্লেখ করে রেখেছে।
এক্ষেত্রে এজ টেক বিডি পণ্যটি ক্রেতার কাছে বিক্রি করছে মাত্র এবং মূল ব্র্যান্ড কোম্পানির ওয়ারেন্টি শর্ত কার্যকরী করার ক্ষেত্রে সহযোগিতা করছে।
প্রস্তুতকারী প্রতিষ্ঠান নির্ধারিত ওয়ারেন্টির সাধারণ শর্তাবলী
১. বিক্রিত সকল পণ্যতেই ওয়ারেন্টি নেই। যে পণ্যগুলোর বিপরীতে এজ টেক বিডি এর বিল/ইনভয়েস এ ওয়ারেন্টি মেয়াদ ঘোষণা করা আছে শুধুমাত্র ঐ পণ্যগুলই ঘোষিত মেয়াদ পর্যন্ত ওয়ারেন্টি সুবিধার আওতাভুক্ত থাকবে। প্রোডাক্ট এর মোড়কে/প্যাকেটে এই সংক্রান্ত কোন লেখায় ওয়ারেন্টি কার্যকর হবে না। এজ টেক বিডি এর বিল/ইনভয়েস এর লেখা অনুযায়ী ওয়ারেন্টি কার্যকর হবে। ওয়ারেন্টি আওতাভুক্ত কোন প্রোডাক্ট এর সমস্যা দেখা দিলে কাস্টমার আমাদের নিকটস্থ সার্ভিস পয়েন্ট এ নিয়ে আসবেন।
২. প্রডাক্ট লাইফ টাইম ওয়ারেন্টির ক্ষেত্রে যতদিন প্রস্তুতকারী প্রতিষ্ঠান তথা মূল ব্র্যান্ড কোম্পানি পণ্যটি উৎপাদন অব্যাহত রাখবে ততদিন ক্রেতা প্রডাক্ট লাইফ টাইম ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় ওয়ারেন্টি সুবিধা পাবে। যদি পণ্যটির উৎপাদন বন্ধ হয়ে যায় তাহলে পণ্যটি ক্রয়ের তারিখ থেকে ১ বছর মেয়াদের জন্য ওয়ারেন্টির আওতাভুক্ত থাকবে।
৩. ওয়ারেন্টিদাবি করার জন্য অবশ্যই এজ টেক বিডি -এর সিল/স্বাক্ষর সমেত ক্রয়ের মূল রশিদ থাকতে হবে।
৪. ওয়ারেন্টির আওতাভুক্ত কোন পণ্য বিক্রির পর যদি তাতে ত্রুটি ধরা পড়ে, তবে মেরামতের মাধ্যমে সেই ত্রুটি সারিয়ে দেয়া হয়।
৫. ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় নেয়া কোন মেরামতের কাজ কতদিনের মাঝে সমাধান করে ফেরত দেয়া যাবে তা নিশ্চিত করে উল্লেখ করা যায় না। তা ৭ থেকে ১০ কার্য-দিনের মাঝেই সমাধান হতে পারে কিংবা আরও অনেক বেশী দিন সময় লেগে যেতে পারে। কারণ কোন কোন ক্ষেত্রে মেরামতের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় যন্ত্রাংশ বিশেষভাবে আমদানী করে আনতে হয় যাতে ৪৫ দিন কিংবা আরও অনেক বেশী দিন সময় লেগে যেতে পারে।
৬. পণ্যের ওয়ারেন্টি থাকাকালীন একই পণ্য কতবার ওয়ারেন্টিতে আসতে পারে তা নির্দিষ্ট করে বলা সম্ভব নয়।
৭. কোন কারণে পণ্যটি মেরামত করার অযোগ্য হলে একই মডেলের অন্য আরেকটি পণ্য দিয়ে বদলে দেয়া হতে পারে।
৮. একই মডেলের পণ্য বদলে দেবার মতন না থেকে থাকলে “এজ টেক বিডি “র কাছে আছে এমন একই বা অন্য কোন ব্র্যান্ডের মূল্য হিসেবে ক্রয়ের সাথে সমমানের পণ্য দিয়ে বদলে দেয়া হতে পারে। রিপ্লেসমেন্ট পন্যের অপ্রাপ্যতার ক্ষেত্রে গ্রাহককে আপগ্রেড পন্য অফার করা যেতে পারে, সেক্ষেত্রে গ্রাহককে অতিরিক্ত বা সমন্বয়কৃত অর্থ প্রদান করতে হবে। রিপ্লেসমেন্ট/সমন্বয়কৃত পন্যের জন্য অতিরিক্ত কোন ওয়ারেন্টি ক্রেতা পাবেন না, ক্রয়কৃত পন্যের তারিখ থেকেই ক্রেতার ওয়ারেন্টি বহাল থাকবে।
৯. মেরামত বা বদলে দেবার মতন উল্লেখিত পণ্য “এজ টেক বিডি “র কাছে না থেকে থাকলে ক্রেতাকে তার ক্রয় মূল্যের আংশিক অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া যেতে পারে।
১০. ক্রেতা যখন পণ্যটি ব্যবহার করবেন তখন কিংবা “এজ টেক বিডি “ সার্ভিসের সময় যদি কোন সফটওয়্যার বা ডাটা নষ্ট কিংবা হারিয়ে যায় তার জন্য “এজ টেক বিডি “ কোন দায়িত্ব নিবে না। এক্ষেত্রে ডাটা পুনরুদ্ধার বা সফটওয়্যার পুনস্থাপনের কাজের দায়িত্বও “এজ টেক বিডি “র উপর বর্তাবে না।
১১. অসতর্ক ব্যবহার, পানিতে ভিজে যাওয়া, উপর থেকে পড়ে যাওয়া, পুড়ে যাওয়া, আঘাতপ্রাপ্ত হওয়া প্রভৃতি কারণে কোন ত্রুটি দেখা দিলে তা ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় থাকবে না।
১২. যে কোন পণ্যের অভ্যন্তরীণ লিকুইড ড্যামেজ বা লিকেজ ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় পড়বে না।
১৩. ক্রেতা যদি প্রোডাক্টটি নিজে খোলার চেষ্টা করেন বা খোলেন তাহলে তা ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় থাকবে না।
১৪. বিক্রির সময় যে কম্পিউটার সেটআপ ও অপারেটিং সিস্টেম কাস্টমাইজেশন করে দেয়া হয় তা ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় থাকে না।
১৫. অসম্পূর্ণ প্রোডাক্ট ওয়ারেন্টি ক্লেইম এর জন্য গ্রহনযোগ্য নয়।
১৬. যে সকল রাউটারের সাথে একাধিক ইউনিট/ডিভাইস থাকে সেগুলোর ক্ষেত্রে রাউটার-এর সব গুলো ইউনিট/ডিভাইস এবং এর আনুসাঙ্গিক এক্সেসরিজ সমেত ওয়ারেন্টি ক্লেইম করতে হবে।
১৭. প্রিন্টার, স্ক্যানার, রাউটার, সুইচ, এক্সেস পয়েন্ট, টিভি কার্ড, টিভি স্টিক, স্পিকার, এক্সেস কন্ট্রোল, সিকিউরিটি সিস্টেম ইত্যাদি এবং একই ধরনের পণ্যের পাওয়ার এডাপ্টার, রিমোট, মাইক্রোফোন ও ক্যাবল ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় পড়বে না।
১৮. ফটোকপিয়ারের ক্ষেত্রে:
- ফ্রি ইনস্টলেশন (শুধুমাত্র ঢাকার ভিতরে);
- ১ বছরের সার্ভিস ওয়ারেন্টি (কোন পার্টসের প্রয়োজন হলে ক্রেতা তার মূল্য বহন করবে);
- রিপ্লেসমেন্ট ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য হবে না;
- কোন ধরনের সার্ভিস ইস্যুর ক্ষেত্রে ক্রেতা কেবল যাতায়াত খরচ বহন করবে।
১৯. পার্মানেন্ট কলম/কালি দিয়ে প্রোডাক্ট এর গায়ে কিছু লিখলে বা মার্ক করলে সেটা ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় থাকবে না।
২০. প্রোডাক্ট এর সাথে সরবরাহকৃত কেবল/কনভার্টার ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় পরবে না।
২১. ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় পড়ে এমন প্রোডাক্ট এর সাথে সংযুক্ত কেবল কাটা/ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হলে সেটা ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় পরবে না।
২২. সার্ভিস ওয়ারেন্টির ক্ষেত্রে যদি কোন যন্ত্রাংশ পরিবর্তন বা সংযোজনের প্রয়োজনীয়তা দেখা দেয় তাহলে ক্রেতা নিজ দায়িত্বে যন্ত্রাংশ সংগ্রহ করবেন। যন্ত্রাংশ যদি বাজারে সহজলভ্য হয় তাহলে অগ্রিম মূল্য পরিশোধ সাপেক্ষে এজ টেক বিডি এর মাধ্যমে সংগ্রহ করতে পারবেন।
২৩. প্রস্তুতকারী প্রতিষ্ঠান নির্ধারিত ওয়ারেন্টির মেয়াদ থাকাকালীন বা উত্তীর্ণ হওয়ার পরে এজ টেক বিডি কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত ফ্রি সফটওয়্যার বা হার্ডওয়্যার টিউনিং এর সময় পণ্যে কোন সমস্যা ধরা পড়লে বা নতুন কোন সমস্যা সৃষ্টি হলে তার জন্য এজ টেক বিডি দায়ী থাকবে না।
২৪. কোন হার্ডওয়্যারে পরিষ্কার পরিচ্ছন্নতা জনিত কাজ ফ্রি সার্ভিস হিসেবে গণ্য হবে
২৫. ল্যাপটপ, ডেস্কটপ কিংবা কোন পণ্য ডেলিভারির সময় “ম্যানুফ্যাকচার কোম্পানি/এজ টেক বিডি” কোন প্রকারের পাসওয়ার্ড কিংবা সিকিউরিটি কোড প্রয়োগ করে না। ল্যাপটপ, ডেস্কটপ বা অন্য যেকোন ডিভাইসে BIOS পাসওয়ার্ড/যে কোন ধরনের পাসওয়ার্ড এর সম্পূর্ণ দায়িত্ব ক্রেতাকে বহন করতে হবে। এটা ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় পড়বে না।
২৬. এজ টেক বিডি থেকে পণ্য ক্রয়ের পর ক্রেতা যদি ডিভাইসে তার একাউন্ট আইডি-পাসওয়ার্ড দিয়ে সেটা ভুলে যান এবং ডিভাইসটি আইডি-পাসওয়ার্ড এর জন্য লক হয়ে যায় তাহলে সেটা ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় পড়বে না এবং তা পুনরদ্ধারের দায়িত্বও “ম্যানুফ্যাকচার কোম্পানি/এজ টেক বিডি” এর উপর বর্তাবে না।
২৭. ক্রেতা যখন তার প্রোডাক্ট ওয়ারেন্টিতে জমা দিবেন তার আগে সব ধরনের অ্যাকাউন্ট সঠিকভাবে লগ আউট করে জমা দিতে হবে। যেমন – ইমেইল, ব্যাংক, সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া এবং অন্যান্য একাউন্ট।
২৮. কন্ডিশনাল রিসিভ/শর্ত সাপেক্ষ্য রিসিভ হলো পন্যের কিছু লক্ষণ বা কারণ যা ওয়ারেন্টির নিয়ম-কানুন অনুযায়ী ম্যানুফ্যাকচার কোম্পানি ওয়ারেন্টি প্রত্যাখ্যান করে । কন্ডিশনাল রিসিভ/শর্ত সাপেক্ষ্য রিসিভ এর ক্ষেত্রে যদি ম্যানুফ্যাকচার কোম্পানি ওয়ারেন্টি গ্রহণ করে তাহলে ক্রেতা ওয়ারেন্টি পাবেন, আর যদি ম্যানুফ্যাকচার কোম্পানি ওয়ারেন্টি গ্রহণ না করে তাহলে ক্রেতা ওয়ারেন্টি পাবেন না/পণ্যটির সমস্যা সমাধান না হয়ে ফেরত চলে আসবে। কন্ডিশনাল রিসিভ-এর ক্ষেত্রে স্বাভাবিকের চাইতে অতিরিক্ত সময় লেগে যেতে পারে।
২৯. ল্যাপটপ এর সাথে সরবরাহকৃত ফ্রি মাউস, হেডফোন বা এক্সেসরিস ওয়ারেন্টি এর আওতায় পরবে না।
৩০. ওয়ারেন্টির আওতাধীন নয় এমন যেকোন সার্ভিসের জন্য “এজ টেক বিডি “ মূল্য ধার্য করতে পারবে যা ক্রেতার সম্মতি সাপেক্ষে কার্যকরী করা হবে।
৩১. প্রিান্টারের ওয়ারেন্টি ক্লেইমের ক্ষেত্রে ক্রেতাকে প্রিন্টারের সাথে অবশ্যই অরিজিনাল ইংক/কার্টিজ/টোনার/রিবন জমা দিতে হবে।
৩২. কার্টিজ, টোনার, হেড, রোলার, ড্রাম, এলিমেন্ট কাভার, মেইনটেনেন্স বক্স ইত্যাদি যন্ত্রাংশ ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় পড়বে না।
৩৩. প্রিন্টার এর ভিতরের রিবন, ক্যাবল, ইঙ্ক পাইপ, সার্কিট বোর্ড ইত্যাদি যেকোন কারণে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হলে পণ্যটি ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় পড়বে না।
৩৪. প্রস্তুতকারী প্রতিষ্ঠান কর্তৃক নির্ধারিত কালি, ইংক কার্টিজ বা টোনার কার্টিজ ছাড়া অন্য কালি, ইংক কার্টিজ বা টোনার কার্টিজ রিফিল করলে/ব্যবহার করলে প্রিন্টারটি ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় পড়বে না।
৩৫. প্রিন্টার বা ফটোকপিয়ারের ওয়ারেন্টি দাবি করার পর টেস্ট-এর জন্য টোনার, কারট্রিজ বা কালি ব্যবহৃত হতে পারে এবং পরিমান কমে যেতে পারে। সে ক্ষেত্রে ক্রেতা এই খরচ হয়ে যাওয়া টোনার, কারট্রিজ বা কালি দাবি করতে পারবেন না।
৩৬. মেইনবোর্ড, গ্রাফিক্স কার্ড, হার্ড ডিস্ক এবং র্যাম এর গায়ে ফাংগাস বা মরিচা থাকলে উক্ত মেইনবোর্ড, গ্রাফিক্স কার্ড বা র্যাম ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় থাকবে না।
৩৭. গ্রাফিক্স কার্ড দিয়ে যদি ডাটা মাইনিং এর কাজ করা হয় তাহলে উক্ত গ্রাফিক্স কার্ড’টি ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় থাকবে না।
৩৮. মনিটর বা ডিসপ্লে’তে ১ থেকে ৩টি পর্যন্ত ডট হলে ওয়ারেন্টির দাবি গ্রহণ করা হয় না। ৪টি বা তার অধিক ডট হলে ক্রেতা ওয়ারেন্টি দাবি করতে পারবেন।
৩৯. মনিটর বা কোন ডিভাইসের ডিসপ্লে’তে স্ক্র্যাচ পড়লে তা ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় পড়বে না।
৪০. মাদারবোর্ড এবং প্রসেসর এর ক্ষেত্রে এক বা একাধিক পিন সম্পূর্ণ বা আংশিক ভাঙ্গা, বাঁকা বা বিকৃত অবস্থায় পাওয়া গেলে পণ্যটি ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় থাকবে না।
৪১. প্রসেসরের সাথে সরবরাহকৃত ফ্রি কুলিং ফ্যানের জন্য ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য হবে না।
৪২. কোন পণ্যের সিরিয়াল/সিরিয়াল স্টিকার আংশিক বা সম্পূর্ণরূপে মুছে গেলে, উঠে গেলে বা যেকোন কারণে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হলে পণ্যটি ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় পড়বে না।
৪৩. কম্বো (যুগল) কিবোর্ড-মাউস (যে সব কিবোর্ড-মাউস একসাথে বান্ডেল হিসেবে বিক্রি হয়) এর ক্ষেত্রে কিবোর্ড বা মাউস যেটাই ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত/(সমস্যা) হউক না কেনো কিবোর্ড-মাউস এবং এর আনুসাঙ্গিক এক্সেসরিজ সমেত ওয়ারেন্টি দাবি করতে হবে। কেবলমাত্র কিবোর্ড বা মাউস আলাদাভাবে ওয়ারেন্টির জন্য উপস্থাপন করা যাবে না।

For items purchased inside the Dhaka metropolitan region, we will set up home delivery. Additionally, we will ship things by courier to your destination for purchases made outside of Dhaka. There might be a delay in the product delivery because of unexpected occurrences. The cost of the courier service and home delivery will be paid by the customer.
In the metropolitan region of Dhaka, our knowledgeable staff also offers product installation services. There are standard fees.
Errors & Omissions:
